It was quite difficult to write the text for this section without seeming to "blow our own trumpet" too hard, so instead of a lot of salesy text using as many excellents and fantastics as we could. We decided to ask some of our clients why they used us, and what they saw as the key points we should be sharing with firms who were looking for either a provider of training services, or partner to help them with all aspects of their sales and marketing effort.
We were very happy with the answers they gave us, not in any order of priority these are the main points that came from those discussions.
Down to Earth Approach - We received lots feedback about our approach, our clients appreciated that we always take a simple no nonsense approach to all matters regarding sales and marketing, and we only talk english (not some jargon full speak that no body really understands!!)
Results Focussed - Whether it be training or consultancy our clients appreciated that we stay foccussed on the main task, which is producing real measurable improvments.
Sense of Humour - It had never occured to us that there was any other way to do business, our clients told us that we were refreshing and that they actually enjoyed doing business with us because we had a sense of humour and injected some fun.
Professionalism - We were flattered by the feedback that said our approach was extremley profesional and that our clients knew that they could always rely on us delivering on our promises.
We Produce Results- We saved this one for last, because we beleive it is possibly the main reason our clients keep using us.
