How does Liddell Dunbar’s Tailor Made Training work?
Firstly we assess the requirements within the firm, working with you to find out what skill sets your team possess, and the challenges they face. We then discuss what you would like the team to be able to do, and work out a training programme to bridge the gap between the two! We can operate at your premises or use an outside venue, depending on requirements, bringing various disciplines and levels together or working with specific sections of the firm, depending on how you want us to work!
