How can you guarantee success?
Quite simply, because of our track record, and our follow up methodology. Our guarantee is simple, if a delegate's performance doesn't improve in the area we have trained them, we will work with them to provide remedial help untill the level of performance improves..... at no extra cost!!
(Obviously, this takes into account Liddell Dunbar's measurement and monitoring systems being adhered to!)
What are your typical course timings?
Usually we start at 9.00am, having lunch around 1.00pm for 45 minutes, and then finishing the day around 4.30pm. There are morning and afternoon breaks with refreshments, but these are determined on the day by the course facilitator.
However, exact course timings and the course agenda will be sent out with the comprehensive joining instructions!
What are the maximum number of delegates reccomended for an inhouse course?
To ensure all delegates receive the appropriate level of attention we restrict the total number of delegates per course to eight. We know from our experience that this is the maximum level to ensure results we can rely on!
Can you send us a pro forma invoice, so that we can pay by cheque?
Yes of course! You can book online with a credit or debit card or pay by cheque, the only issue you need to understand is that we can't hold your place on the course until your cheque is cleared.
