What is meant by an "open course"
An open, or sometimes reffered to as a public course, is a training course that can be attended by individuals from a number of different professional services firms.

What are the maximum number of delegates attending an open course?
To ensure all delegates can get the appropriate level of attention we restrict the total number per course to sixteen. We also have a maximum of eight students per facilitator for all intercative and role play sessions
I see you are based in Sunderland, what area of the country do you operate?
Sunderland is where the company is based, however we do regularly work all over the UK and Ireland and have conducted a number of projects throughout central and eastern europe.

Quite simply because of our track record, and our follow up methodology.
Our guarantee is simple, if a delegate's performance doesn't improve in the area we have trained them, we will work with them to provide remedial help untill the level of performance improves..... at no extra cost!!
