The increasingly popularity of coaching is partly related to the need for firms to develop opportunities for promotion in order to retain top talent, and partly related to the recognition that it is possible for individuals to positively change and amend behaviours given the right environment.

At Liddell Dunbar we have been working closely with a number of firms to provide one to one coaching services to individuals in a number of environments e.g.

  • Assisting individuals deal with various skill deficiencies (presentations, negotiations, business development)

Both partners at Liddell Dunbar are fully trained behavioural coaches and are accredited by the international coaching council as master coaches.
